Coming from a science background, Elise loves to tinker in the kitchen and is not afraid of experimenting with new recipes. She invites home cooks to experiment whether it involves creating a unique spice blend or savory sauce.
Elise is currently a member of the
Stonemill Kitchen's culinary development
team at Reser's (the largest salad
manufacturer in the US). She works
with some of the top chefs and food
service firms in the country to bring
their culinary ideas to life—and
manufacture them on a much
larger scale.
