Rich and savory Peppercorn, Garlic & Herb dip adds
sophistication to ordinary roasted potatoes.
Prep 5 minutes Bake 25 minutes

Ingredients
8-12 baby red potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Roast halved baby red potatoes in olive oil
Top with Peppercorn, Garlic & Herb dip
Serve as an appetizer or side dish
